Fiat 500 Blackjack with New Special Edition 2011: Fiat has announced a new limited edition version of the 500 city car, which will go on sale across Europe (including Britain) in September. Called, appropriately enough, the 500 Blackjack, the special mini is decked out in a matte black finish with glossy black details such as the door handles, exterior mirrors, fog lamp surrounds and bumper trims. The car rides on 16-inch black alloy wheels with a red frame on the center, while some variants also get red brake calipers.

Fiat UK Prices New Abarth 500C 140HP and Punto Evo 165HP: The new Abarth 500C will cost from £17,500 OTR and the Abarth Punto Evo from £16,500 OTR, Fiat’s UK arm announced. Both models will make their UK public debuts at this weekend’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, before going on sale in Britain from Saturday 17 July.

Fiat’s 500 Goes Atomik Autos 2010:  Atomik Cars wants to make an electric Abarth 500, which is a good idea from the start. Claimed to have “supercar performance in a city car’s size”, Atomik’s 500 features a bunch of fancy tech under its carbon fiber skin: “high performance LiFePO4 batteries”, brushless synchronous motors, two new transmissions (resulting in permanent AWD), a ceramic heater, and a carbon/Nomex rear chassis (by the way, Nomex is what Batman’s suit is made out of). 2011 Fiat Uno, Supermini Autos of Italia: These here are the first official photographs of the 2011 Fiat Uno, a new supermini that will sit between the Panda and the Grande Punto in the Italian automaker’s vehicle range. The car borrows its name from the predecessor of the Punto and Grande Punto superminis, the highly successful Uno that was introduced in 1983 as a replacement to the ageing Fiat 127. Designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro, the original Uno remained in production until 1995 having received a heavy facelift in 1989. (more…)

Fiat Punto EVO Auto 2010: The facelifted Grande Punto, which has been renamed to Punto EVO, will begin arriving in Fiat’s 170-strong UK dealer network in January 2010 with prices ranging from £10,995 for the base 1.4 8v Active to £15,295 the highly specified Eleganza 1.3 Multijet, the automaker announced today.
The Punto EVO will be available with a choice of four Euro 5 engines, all fitted with Start&Stop as standard, and five different trim levels – Active, Dynamic, GP, Eleganza and Sporting.
