2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe with New 3.8 V6 R-Spec Model: Hyundai’s successful Genesis Coupe is entering the 2011 model year in the U.S. with some minor interior refinements, but most importantly, a new hotter model called the “3.8 R-Spec”.
Previously available only in conjunction with the 210HP 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, the R-Spec trim level can now be ordered with the 3.8-liter V6 engine that delivers 306-horsepower and 266 lb.-ft. of torque on regular unleaded, hooked up exclusively to a six-speed manual gearbox.

Hyundai Tucson Auto 2010 at LA: Along with the 2011 Sonata mid-size sedan, Hyundai also introduced the North American-spec 2010 Tucson SUV (ix35 in Europe) at this week’s Los Angeles International Auto Show. Like the latest Sonata, the new Tucson boasts a funky exterior design that’s far more exciting than its dull predecessor and a significantly upgraded with a much more modern and premium look.
With an overall length of 173.2 inches, a width of 71.7 inches and a height of 66.3 inches (with roof rails), the 2010 Tucson is 3.3 inches longer and one inch wider than its predecessor. However, according to Hyundai, it’s 61 pounds lighter than the outgoing model.

Hyundai has released pricing for its revised 2010 Santa Fe that goes on sale in the UK on the 4th of January 2010. Despite the various upgrades that include minor exterior and interior styling tweaks but most importantly, a new 2.2-liter turbo diesel engine that makes 197-horsepower and is the only powerplant offered in Britain, the new Santa Fe is priced lower than the outgoing ‘09 model with prices now ranging from £21,495 to £25,495 (at new 17.5% VAT rate).

For the 2010 model year, Hyundai has simplified the Santa Fe’s range with a two-model line-up now comprising of the entry-level Style and the higher spec Premium.
