Infiniti FX 2011 Autos Updated with New Features in Europe – Latest info of Infiniti FX 2011: Infiniti has rolled out the 2011 FX in Europe. For the new model year, the Japanese firm’s SUV gains new convenience and safety features along with new color and trim combinations, while keeping the same engine range, which includes two petrol units and a diesel option. Perhaps the most important addition is that of the Lane Departure Prevention (LDP) system, which backs up its audible and visual warnings of an unintended lane departure with a dynamic intervention helping steer the vehicle back into the correct lane. Previously available only on the FX30d, the LDP now comes standard on the FX37 GT Premium and S Premium, and FX50 S Premium, as well as Premium versions of the FX30d.

Infiniti has also added a new power tailgate to the standard equipment of all FX models. It’s worth noting that the height the tailgate opens to is programmable to help avoid problems when operating the door in restricted spaces, while it can also raised or lowered from a switch on the dashboard, from buttons both inside and outside the tailgate, or remotely from the I-Key.

Finally, for the first time on the FX, Infiniti’s Malbec Black paint is one of the eight colors available. The finish, which replaces Mojave Copper on the FX color chart, features the brand’s Scratch-shield technology that promises to hide fine surface scratches.

In Europe, the FX is offered with three engines including a 238HP V6 diesel, 320HP V6 petrol and 390HP V8 petrol of the range’s flagship model, the FX50 S Premium, which can accelerate from 0-62mph (100km/h) in 5.8 seconds.

Infiniti Announces: Infiniti G37 sedan Car 2011 in Europe, latest info Infiniti G37 Car 2011: The new model year brings some changes to Infiniti’s G37 lineup in Europe that comprises of sedan, coupé and convertible body styles, along with rear-wheel-drive or all-wheel drive options.

For starters, all 2011MY G37s are now equipped as standard with a 7-speed automatic transmission with steering wheel paddle-shifts. There are also new alloy wheel designs for the Coupé and Cabrio models, a standard rear spoiler on Coupé S versions, and new body colors for all models, including the Malbec Black finish that was first seen on the M sedan.

The G37 sedan series is available in four trim levels, including the base rear-wheel drive [RWD] model, the all-wheel drive G37x GT and G37x GT Premium, and the RWD G37 S Premium that comes with a Viscous Limited Slip Differential, sports suspension and enhanced braking among other things.

For 2011, there are three models in the G37 Coupé range, all automatic and all rear-wheel drive: G37 GT, G37 S and the flagship, G37 S Premium.

Finally, Infiniti has cut down the G37 Cabrio’s 2011 range to just one model, the GT Premium, which comes equipped with many features including new 19-inch wheels, a 13-speaker sound system with personal head-rest speakers and a 300-CD capacity HDD Music Box.

Infiniti M35h Hybrid Autos 2012: The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) fuel economy figures for Infiniti’s all-new M35h are finally out. According to the government agency, the Japanese brand’s first-ever hybrid model returns an estimated fuel economy of 27 mpg in the city, 32 mpg on the highway, and 29 mpg on the combined cycle.

For comparison, the conventional M37 with a 330HP 3.7-liter V6 is rated at 18 mpg City and 26 mpg Highway, while the M56 that is powered by a 420HP 5.6-liter V8, at 16 mpg City and 25 mpg Highway.

The M35h’s drivetrain pairs a 3.5-liter 24-valve V6 engine with 306HP to a 50 kW [68HP] electric motor for a system net output of 360 horsepower. Both the gasoline V6 and electric motor deliver their power to the rear wheels via a 7-speed automatic transmission. Infiniti says the 1.830 kg (4.035 lbs) luxury sedan can reach 62mph (100km/) from standstill in 5.5 seconds en route to a top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).

According to the Japanese automaker, the M35h can drive on electric power alone at speeds up to 62 mph for a distance of up to 1.2 miles at a time.

U.S. sales of the 2012 M35h will start this spring.

Infiniti EX Auto 2011 – New Pricing, Added Content and 7-Speed Automatic: Infiniti has rolled out the revised 2011 EX that is on sale now at the firm’s dealerships across the U.S. Pricing (not including destination and handling charges) for the EX, which is offered exclusively with a 297-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 engine, starts at $34,150 for the entry level RWD model and tops out at $37,750 for the Journey with all-wheel drive.

The most important update for the new model year is the introduction of a new and standard 7-speed automatic transmission that replaces a five-speed automatic version. Furthermore, there’s a new white color scheme for the gauges and LCD instrument display while all models come equipped with standard 18-inch alloy wheels (previously 17-inch) and Dual Zone Automatic Temperature Control (previously on Journey models only).

Other changes for 2011 include the introduction of three new exterior colors, the availability of Infiniti’s advanced Blind Spot Warning (BSW) system, a revised Premium Package that combines previous Bose and Around View Monitor Packages and the renaming of the Premium Package to Deluxe Touring Package, which now also offers the option of 19-inch wheels.

Infiniti Prices New M37 Saloon from £35,150 in the UK: Infiniti’s has released pricing on its UK market M37 model that’s powered by a 3.7-litre petrol V6 engine The Japanese firm’s BMW 5-Series rival will be available in five different grades priced from £35,150. The M range will be extended by the M30d diesel in October and the M35 hybrid in spring 2011, with prices and specifications for these versions to be announced at a later date.

The M37 is motivated by Infiniti’s 3.7-litre petrol V6 churning out 316 bhp (320 PS) that propels the four-door saloon from 0-62mph (100km/h) in 6.2 seconds and on to an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h). Fuel consumption on the combined cycle is 27.7 mpg UK while CO2 emissions are 235 g/km.

The base M37 is priced at £35,150 and comes equipped with a 7-speed automatic transmission, bi-Xenon lights, 10-way power front seats, reversing camera, hard disk drive (HDD) sound system and the firm’s new Drive Mode Selector which tailors key driving parameters to Sport, Normal, Snow and Eco settings.

The M37 GT start from £37,650 adding semi-aniline leather, heated and ventilated front seats and White Ash wood trim with silver powder finish. Next up is the M37S, which costs £39,650 and adds 4-Wheel Active Steering (4WAS), sports suspension, sports seats (also heated and ventilated), gearshift paddles and 20-inch alloy wheels.

Infiniti also offers “Premium” versions of both the GT (from £43,000) and the S (from £45,000). These get a Dynamic Safety Shield package, Forest Air, a 16-speaker Bose sound system and the Connectiviti+ information and entertainment platform comprising 30GB HDD navigation.

In addition, the Premium versions also feature a system called “Eco Pedal”, which helps reduce fuel consumption by push back the accelerator pedal on the driver’s foot when it detects excess pressure and poor fuel efficiency.

Infiniti FX30d Diesel Model with Latest Prices of GT, GT Premium, S and S Premium: The first-ever diesel-powered Infiniti, the new FX30d is orderable now in Britain from £45,150, or £200 more than the equivalent FX37 petrol model, with deliveries set to start from July. The FX30d uses a new 3.0-liter V6 turbo diesel engine co-developed in Europe with other engineers from the Renault – Nissan Alliance. The diesel unit delivers 238-horsepower and 550Nm (406 lb ft) of pulling power, available at just 1750rpm.

Paired with the standard 7-speed Adaptive Shift Control automatic transmission, the V6 turbo diesel powers the FX30d from 0-62 mph (100km/h) in 8.3 seconds. Fuel consumption on the combined cycle is 31.4 mpg UK (equal to 9.0lt/100km and 26.1 mpg US) with CO2 emissions of 238 g/km.

The FX30d is offered in four three trim levels, GT (£45,150), GT Premium (£49,680), S (£47,200) and S Premium (£51,730).

2011 Infiniti QX56 Autos at New York Show 2010: With the new Nissan Patrol-based Infiniti QX56, Nissan hopes to release a better competitor in the full-size luxury SUV segment than its lumpy, tumorous predecessor. From the pics, it’s already way ahead of the game (barring the absurd, swoopy vents and lesion-like tail lamps).
Wearing the manliest face Infiniti has ever put on an SUV while retaining the brand’s design language, the new-for 2011 QX56 is visually much more blunt and regal, if that’s possible.

Most likely packing Nissan’s 400-horsepower 5.6 liter V8 (rated at 405 lb-ft of torque), this looks like it may legitimately be able to go up against Lexus and its Land Cruiser.
