Mercedes Jeep Patriot 163HP 2.2 CRD Diesel 2010:  Jeep announced today that the UK-spec Patriot can be ordered with a new, 163 hp 2.2-liter diesel engine, sourced from Mercedes. In addition, the American SUV also gets improved trim levels.
