Volkswagen Jetta sedan 2011 Launches in Europe:  After the USA , Europe is also getting the new Volkswagen Jetta sedan, with prices starting from €20,900, equal (but not comparable due to different taxation policies etc) to US$28,984 with the current exchange rates.

Even though the Jetta is the best-selling European car in the U.S. with up to 110,000 examples sold annually, the compact sedan’s predecessors haven’t really enjoyed the same success across the pond. Volkswagen Adds Exclusive Models to 2011 Eos Facelift Range: If you haven’t heard already, earlier this month, Volkswagen lifted the covers off the redesigned 2011 Eos Coupe-Convertible. And while here in the U.S., buyers will have to wait until next year for the revamped model, in Europe, the 2011 Eos is not only available for order but Volkswagen also introduced the Exclusive Edition package.

2011 Volkswagen Touran 7 : For the second time since its introduction in 2003 and four years after the presentation of the revised model in 2006, the Volkswagen Touran 7-seater MPV has yet again been facelifted. Due to make its world premiere at this month’s Auto Mobil International (AMI) motor show, which runs from 10 to 18 April in Leipzig, Germany, the 2011 Touran features a refreshed styling inspired by the new Polo, Golf and Touareg models.

Volkswagen Amarok Pickup Truck 2010: Volkswagen has published the first official images and details of the production version of its new pickup model, the Amarok. Designed to compete in the 1-tonne pickup truck segment, the Amarok will be initially available as a four-door double cab version with a single cab model set to follow in 2011. It will be built at VW’s plant in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with sales set to begin in South America in early 2010 and in Europe during the second half of the year.
The Amarok will also be sold in Australia and South Africa but not in North America – or at least the German firm has no plans to do so at this time.
